किन Investment is an educational event that was recently held by Embark College and it was definitely one of the most important in its sphere. Being an informative and engaging session, it allowed people to learn more about how smart investment could be looked from the perspective of what is happening in the field at the moment.

One of the most compelling guest lectures to be hosted in the college was by the honorable Mr. Siddhant Raj Pandey, the Chairman and CEO of the Business Oxygen (BO2) which is Nepal’s first impact investment fund. With apparent rich experience and exposure in the areas of commercial banks, development finance and entrepreneurship, Mr. Pandey associated with the Institute for decades.

Step by step, Mr. Pandey said as follows during the session:

The enhancement of impact investing in Nepal with the involvement of Business Oxygen to support sustainable and social purpose business

A guide for students, young businesses personalities, and any person who would like to get involved or learn about capital formation and investments

Those present were students, young people who were planning to invest in businesses, and professionals in the working world each of who went home with a better understanding of how investment impacts not only the lives of people, but also the economy of nations. The effective implementation of academic theories and principles in simulcast brought out the spirit of curiosity and enlightened discussion amongst the participants along with inspiration.
