Beyond Academia: Future-Ready Skills

The leadership empowerment workshop called “Stand Up to Stand Out” was conducted at Embark College by Kiran Deep Sandhu as part of her educational program directed at developing emerging leaders.
The educational institution Embark College organized an inspirational workshop called “Stand Up to Stand Out” which Kiran Deep Sandhu certified as a John Maxwell Leadership Coach and Leadership Kard founder.
Through the interactive workshop students discovered themselves while gaining leadership understanding. Participants engaged in the process of understanding their values as well as their leadership voice while identifying their essential skills and finding relevant professional issues to connect with. Students developed their Unique Value Proposition (UVP) while creating professional LinkedIn profiles with elevator pitches through real-life work related to concrete visibility targets for the upcoming month.

The removal of self-imposed barriers allows one to discover their full leadership capabilities.
