Ayush Shrestha along with his status as TicketSanjal Co-Founder and University of Warwick MSc graduate led the exclusive session “Navigating Change and Strategic Decision‑Making in Leadership.” Based on his experience of leading a rapidly expanding startup in uncertain times Ayush presented functional frameworks for strategic decision-making with high standards of quality and real-time adaptation as well as innovative culture development. The workshop provided learning experiences that enabled all leaders from new starters to experienced veterans to master complex situations.

On Thursday March 27 2025 the workshop took place at Gosainkunda Hall of Embark College between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM.
