Onboarding Excellence: MBA 2nd Batch Orientation Program

As their orientation program highlight the April Intake students embarked on their MBA journey through a thrilling 1 Night, 2 Days Kurintar Exploration Trip which happened on May 2–3, 2025. Students spent a complete day of exploration in Kurintar while they joined exciting activities and formed friendships while appreciating its stunning natural environment. The adventure combination of exploration and socialization at Kurintar established the ideal foundation for students entering MBA education with lively connections between classmates.
The entire experience was filled with magnificent events. Studens embarked on a picturesque journey from Kathmandu that started their first day under the bright morning sunlight illuminating the hills. First stop? The Students stopped at Himalayan Java in International Club to enjoy breakfast before starting their day. A pleasant lunch at Hamlet Restaurant led into the Barahsinghe Beer Garden where students learned about beer production during an informative tour and shared plenty of jokes while making the visit. When the group reached Riverside Spring Resort in Kurintar during late afternoon they started their real adventure. Everyone took turns in the pool while enjoying a BBQ under a smoke-filled atmosphere before tuning into their music playlist and enjoying games that brought constant laughter to the group. A restful night at Riverside Spring Resort gave way to breakfast before the gang proceeded to Naubise Agro Farm for a relaxed lunch at Naubise.

Everyone returned to Kathmandu feeling content with full stomachs and cheerful spirits because they had experienced two days filled with pure excitement. Thematic venture inaugurated a strong friendship bond between unknown MBA participants who subsequently formed into a unified group of friends. Students used beer garden times for cheering and conducted long riverside conversations that built relationships that will sustain both during and after the MBA program. The memories of this trip—full of laughter, adventure, and new pals—will be the stories you share at every class reunion.
