Research Skills for Business Minds: From Data to Discovery with Mr. Niraj Paija

On Friday, 30th April at 7:00 AM, Embark College successfully arranged and completed its mandatory guest lecture. Niraj Paija, a knowledgeable academic and data analyst, presented this session, entitled “Research Skills for Business Minds: From Data to Discovery.”
The reason for the lecture was to connect the scientific study of research methods with their practical use in companies. Because data is becoming more important in business today, the session taught students how to turn raw data into useful insights. What made the lecture special is that it supported the goals of helping students learn to think critically, solve problems, and use data properly.
Mr. Paija launched the session by pointing out the value of research in developing strategies and making decisions in different parts of the company. He explained that because data drives so much of business today, those in leadership need to understand it and draw useful conclusions. He went on to say that research matters most because it leads to new findings, fresh ideas, and better results.
In advance, students were told to install RStudio on their computers using the connection provided earlier. As a result, everyone could work directly with the things they were learning. Mr. Using RStudio in real time, Paija helped students understand real datasets, perform basic analysis, and create useful plots. Students appreciated the practical demonstration, as it showed them how the things they learned apply to actual research.

A noteworthy point about the lecture was how much Mr. Paija helped us grasp and value difficult ideas. Throughout the session, students at any level found the instructor’s explanations and examples easy to follow. He also suggested students take part, raise questions, and discuss how the content applied to their education and work.
At the end of the session, students took part in a lively question-and-answer session, asking how to research, what ethics in data look like, and how analytics can be used in different businesses. Mr. Students found Paija’s responses informative and also noticed research could be used as a practical skill, not only for coursework.
People who attended were very happy with the conference. Several students found that the lecture improved how they understood research, and it gave them the confidence to start their academic projects in an organized manner. The session highlighted that tools like RStudio are important in business now and urged students to work on their tech skills.
